1 c mayonnaise
1 c sour cream
1 c grate parmesan
2 14 oz cans artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
1 c water chestnuts, chopped
1/4 c finely chopped scallions
1/8 tsp salt
1 garlic clove pressed
1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Combine ingredients & spoon into greased casserole dish.
3. Bake 45-60 minutes, until top is golden brown.
